The basic design this website was developed in 1999 by Cynthia Manuel of Flamingo Internet Navigators for a Linux users group website.

The site uses SSI (Server Side Includes) to dynamically stitch together each web page and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control the look and feel of the site, making it easy to change and flexible.

Site content is wrangled by webmaster Hoyt Duff. Buy his book on Amazon.

Cynthia codes by hand using gvim on her Linux computer, and her images are tooled with a mixture of The Gimp and Photoshop. This site is run on a Linux server using the Apache webserver and uses FOSS (Free and Open Source Software).
