CUTOFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS IS MARCH 26, 2012

The following special room rates will apply three (3) three days before and after the dates of our car show:

Cascades Motel Guestroom Rate: $79 per night plus taxes

Woodlands Hotel & Suites Standard Room Rate: $114 per night plus taxes or Suite Rate: $136 per night plus taxes

These rates are subject to the availability of guest rooms.

All individual lodging reservations must be accompanied by a one night’s deposit for room and tax.

Individual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel by 5 PM local time at least three business (3) days prior to date of arrival.
